Day 1 - visit Herencia Altes Cellar and arrival at Hotel & Spa Can Josep
This hotel is located in the small town of Bot and is a perfect place to discover the area of Terra Alta. This family run hotel offers a restaurant with dishes of the region and a panoramic view. You can also enjoy the new spa.
Herencia Altes Cellar is innovative cellar with dedication to sustainability in the Terra Alta region. During your visit you will learn about their philosophy and of course, taste some of their wines.
Day 2 - Visit with wine tasting and lunch at Catedral del Vi
In Pinell de Brai in the east of Terra Alta you will find a beautiful Catedral del Vi. Depending on the day the tour will be with a guide or self-guided (with audio-guide). After the tour a tasting and lunch.
Day 3- departure or extension?
Before you leave visit the town Horta de Sant Joan, a pituresque village and called Picasso's Village. He was inspired by this village and the Centre Picasso you can visit the exhibition of Picasso's works and the experiences from the two stays he had in the village.
In this town you can also rent a bike and cycle on the Via Verde.
Another area worth visiting in the south is Ebro Delta and the city of Tarragona. Contact us for a proposal.
