Today, approximately two-thirds of the vineyards are dedicated to white grapes, primarily for Cava, which is produced using the revered méthode traditionnelle – just like Champagne!
The region is dotted with an incredible array of Cava and wineries, from grand estates to charming, smaller producers where the owner still meticulously turns bottles by hand every day. Each offers a unique insight into the passion and precision behind these world-class sparkling and still wines.
