Day 1 - arrival S'Agaro

S’Agaró is an upmarket resort on the Costa Brava between Sant Feliu de Guixols and Castell Platja d’Aro in Spain. This beautiful town has one of the most beautiful paths along the coastal path called “El Cami de Ronda“. This coastal path was used to combat the contraband trade in cigarettes and alcohol, as the numerous little creeks were favoured places for smugglers.

Day 2 - from S'Agaro to Palamos

Palamos is a town in the Costa Brava, located in Baix Emporda,in the province of Girona. This beautiful town is located at the northern end of a large bay and it’s popular for the locally caught prawns, one of the best kind of prawns in the world. The town’s nightlife is focused on the old port which is surrounded by bars and restaurants and their tapa’s restaurants are very well-known in the region.

Calella de Palafrugell

Day 3 - from Palamos to Calella de Palafrugell

The beautiful town of Calella de Palafrugell has managed to preserve much of its original atmosphere as a harbour where fish catches are landed and where cork, collected from the cork-oak forests of the hills and processed in nearby Palafrugell, was loaded on to ships for trading to other parts of Spain and other countries of all the world.

Just off the coast between Calella and Llafranc there is a small group of islands, the Formigues, where good coral, fish and the remains of some old ship-wrecks can be seen. There are several places which will hire out diving and snorkelling equipment in Llafranc.

Day 5 - from Llafranc to Begur

Located in the heart of Empordà, the town of Begur and its beaches are one of the most wonderful spots on the Costa Brava. The town boundary takes in the impressive hills of the Begur Massif and an extensive coastline washed by the Mediterranean sea. Begur’s old town, home to numerous monuments left as legacies of significant moments in the town's history, together with its eight coves and small beaches, and the Romanesque centre of the village of Esclanyà, make it and its peerless natural surroundings an unbeatable place to visit.

Day 6 - Begur and surroundings

The Begur coast enjoys a shoreline of unparalleled beauty, whose cliffs and pines, the crystal waters of its hidden coves and its abrupt coastline, make this area one of the most characteristic of the Costa Brava.

Begur has eight coves and beaches, located to the north, east and south of the town, with different characters and completely different kinds of natural beauty.
