From December through mid-March, the coveted Black Truffle season is in full swing across Catalonia. During the workshop you will

This educational experience takes place at an oil mill, whose owners are dedicated producers of extra virgin olive oil and seasoned truffle collectors.

Following the workshop, a long table laden with unforgettable flavours awaits you. The charismatic chef guides you through a gastronomic journey where the fresh truffle is the undeniable star.

You are empowered to customize your experience: with the help of a personal grater, you can add the desired amount of fresh truffle to your dishes, adjusting the intensity to your individual taste.

The experience includes a comprehensive Tasting Menu composed of: 3 starters, 2 main courses, and 1 dessert.
