The Penedès region, just a short drive from Barcelona, is where it all begins. While the harvest of white grapes for Cava can sometimes start as early as August, September truly brings the vineyards to life with special harvest activities.

Imagine starting your day with a special vineyard breakfast, followed by grape tasting and a delightful brunch. Throughout the month, you can often find musical events set against the stunning backdrop of the vineyards – some even with Montserrat, the holy mountain, as your perfect vista. The country roads buzz with pick-up trucks, laden with freshly picked grapes heading to the wineries, a testament to the hard work and passion of the local winemakers.

Priorat: a later harvest, an Exclusive Experience

Slightly later in the season, the rugged, dramatic landscapes of Priorat come alive with their own unique harvest rhythm. While generally a bit later than Penedès, the end of September and early October mark a peak of activity in this prestigious DOCa region.

Prepare for an unparalleled journey into the heart of Priorat. Be part of a refined, multi-day celebration of culinary artistry and viticultural excellence, set amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Priorat. This festival is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture, exquisite flavors, and stunning natural beauty of one of Spain's most esteemed wine regions. Highlights of this extraordinary 4-day program

After your arrival in the 5-star boutique hotel you will enjoy a welcome drink with stunning vineyard views. Time to relax at the pool or in the spa or take advantage of complimentary access to hotel e-bikes and the electric mini.

In the evening the welcome cocktail party to meet your fellow guests followed by dinner with a selection of the Chef’s favorite bites.

On day 2 you can enjoy in the morning an activity like painting with wine, an expert olive oil tasting or explore Priorat with exhilarating 1 or 2-hour e-bike rides or discover the region at your own pace with an electric mini.

Lunch will be a Rice Show Cooking Experience and in the afternoon there is an event with renowned winery owners, and winemakers and you have the opportunity to taste their exceptional wines and uncover the secrets behind the region's best coupages (blends).

After a Gourmet Tapas Dinner you can enjoy live music in the unique setting of the amphitheater.

On day 3 you will have the opportunity to visit the Medieval town of Siurana with iconic views atop the cliffs of Priorat. During lunch with traditional Spanish tapas you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Siurana Valley and its dramatic cliffs.

In the afternoon it will be "Stomp the Grapes!” to experience the joy and tradition of grape stomping — a fun, hands-on celebration of Priorat’s winemaking heritage!
